Throughout the development of your plan set, your HTP Builders’ consultant will be hard at work for you. This way you can have a positive project experience knowing that our commercial construction company makes it easy. One way we do this is by monitoring your costs.

We will prepare an initial estimate to be used to conduct a project cost evaluation. Should there be a discrepancy between initial designs and your budget, our team will recommend options for scope reduction, alternate materials, and construction management methods to bring them into sync.

Your construction consultants and designer will collaborate to ensure project constructability.  As a result, they will evaluate any project-related concerns head-on. This proactive approach addresses potential issues long before any contracts are signed.

During the design phase, your HTP Builders representative will develop your project’s preliminary schedule. That way, you will have an idea of what needs to be done and approximately how long each phase will take. This involves:

  • Defining work tasks
  • Task duration
  • Interactions between tasks, and
  • Required resources.

Once this has been accomplished you will have to approve the construction documents. Finally, we have reached the point when HTP Builders will update the project schedule and create an estimate to put your job out for subcontractor bid.

Your consultant will handle all subcontractor and general contractor negotiations and will cross check all proposals with your preliminary project guidelines to ensure your goals will be met.
