Planning & Design

HTPB Design starts with gaining an understanding of your style and preferences, but one size doesn't fit all. Your design package will be customized to your project. Project planning and design services may include:

  • Development of preliminary design & layout options.
  • Color, 3D renderings for a concise visual of your finished project.
  • Hold in-person, phone, or online meetings to review progress.
  • Arrange for subcontractors & supplier site visits.
  • Prepare preliminary estimates to finalize the scope & budget.

You will be provided exclusive access to our supplier showroom list. Window shop for materials with confidence knowing you're taking advantage of our contractor discounts. All savings will be passed along to you, our client.

If permits are required for your project, we will now develop actual construction drawings per local building department requirements. Licensed, structural engineers on our team will handle all structural considerations.
