We'll learn where you are and if we can help you get where you want to be. This phase may also include:

  • Visual or invasive inspections & testing for homes built before 1981.
  • Assessing the potential scope of work & anticipated time frame.
  • Gaining an understanding of your style and preferences.
  • Budget discussions based on comparable projects.

Are we a good fit? We want every homeowner to find the contractor who is best suited for them, even if it's not our firm. So, we will discuss what type of contracting company is right for you.
